Gua Sha is a centuries-old facial massage practice that involves lightly scraping a flat, rounded tool, made of jade stone over the skin to promote lymphatic drainage, relieve tension in the muscles of the face, and boost blood circulation. It is also a great treatment against wrinkles, fine lines and dull skin. I use 3types of Gua Sha tools: Roller, Heart scraper, Mushrooms. Lymphatic drainage massage relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. It involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels. It makes you feel lighter and detoxed.
