Booking Policy | Audreys Massages

All appointments must be booked through the website. I do not take bookings by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Each booking includes a 15-minute reset period between clients, giving you a calm, uninterrupted experience.

If your preferred time isn’t available, try a shorter session or check back later, your perfect time may open soon!

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm.

As I personally manage all bookings and spend my day with my hands busy caring for clients, replies may take a little time.

Please send a text rather than calling, and I’ll respond as soon as I can, usually between 9 am – 9 pm.

You can reschedule or cancel your session by logging online with your same email.

Up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.

Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send someone you know to enjoy the session in your place, so your time is not lost.

Arriving late may shorten your session, but the price will remain the same.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running late so we can make the most of your time together!

Vouchers are purchased online via the Gift Card page. Choose an amount and enter the recipient’s email.

If you prefer, you can also choose a paper gift card in person at the massage room.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months and can be redeemed by entering the voucher code when booking.

On your 6th visit (6 stamps), receive a jar of my natural homemade Body Scrub:

30-minute session = ½ stamp

1-hour or 90-minute session = 1 full stamp

Filming is only for professional use and never shared without permission.
